Yes! The 10/10 Live High Touch program calls are thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate members worldwide. All calls are recorded and uploaded to the portal, so if you can’t attend live it’s no biggie! The 10/10 DIY program doesn’t include live calls.

This program is meant to FREE UP time & space in your life - not suck up more of it (that is otherwise spent thinking about eating, thinking about not eating, feeling guilty about how much you ate, how you look, etc.!).
Basically, you’ll need to be able to devote 1-2 hours each week for the first 6 weeks, then about 1 hr per week for the remaining 4 weeks. You can do it all on your own schedule (the live calls are recorded and uploaded as both video & audio, so you can always listen to them on-the-go!).

10/10 is Kiki Athanas’s unique approach to weight loss that doesn’t really look like any other program out there. Unlike diets that are very restrictive in terms of what you can eat [i.e. keto, paleo, etc], the 10/10 program is not about eliminating any specific foods.
