And for what?

So I could feel kind of okay in my body... until life threw a wrench in it (aka hormones, trauma, vacation, stress, Tuesdays).

I spent years bouncing between "clean eating" and chaotic snacking. I tried to be body positive, while secretly Googling how to lose 10 pounds without anyone noticing.

And I kept telling myself: “This is normal. This is just how it is.”

Spoiler: it’s not.

Here’s what changed everything: I stopped trying to fix myself and started fixing the system.

I created the 10/10 Method after years of living in extremes — blending behavioral psychology, somatic awareness, and spiritual philosophy into a repeatable process that actually works in real life. It's rooted in science (like the gut-brain axis and nervous system regulation), but built for the chaos of being a modern woman with a very real life.

And now? I teach other women how to do the same.

Because we’re done with food being a full-time job. We’re done with chasing shiny wellness fixes. We’re done apologizing for wanting to feel hot and healthy and free.
